PRODUCT QUESTIONS
Is Balm Butter your only product?
Balm Butter is where this all began! I plan to release more products in the future. To hear about future launches, sign up for emails below.
Will you make other Balm Butter scents?
YES! I definetly plan to make more scents. If you have a scent suggestion, please write me here
How should HODY products be stored?
We recommend storing your products in a cool, dark cabinet where they are not exposed to direct sunlight. Balm Butter may soften at temperatures around 75 degrees Fahrenheit, but it is still safe to use. To harden, pop it in the refrigerator.
My Balm Butter color changed, is this normal?
At HODY, we use 100% natural skincare products. You may have noticed that the color of select products may vary from batch to batch, or shift in shade over the course of use. This is completely normal and a sign that your products are totally natural.
Why this happens...
1. No Fillers: Natural hues may shift over time due to the absence of color stabilizers and exposure to the natural environment.
2. Diverse Sourcing: We use only the freshest ingredients available, which means we source raw materials from various suppliers.
3. Harvest and Growing Conditions: The colors of our ingredients can vary based on the specific conditions in which they are grown. Just as no two plants are identical, the shades of our products can differ from batch to batch.
To keep your skincare products in the best condition, follow these simple storage tips:
1. Secure lids tightly after each use to prevent contamination.
2. Store in a cool, dark place to maintain product integrity.
3. Avoid extreme heat or sunlight, which can affect the natural ingredients.
4. Handle with clean hands to ensure your products stay fresh.
5. Avoid adding water to containers to prevent contamination.
If your Balm Butter smells sour or fermented, stop using it!
